Delcy Fox is a retired marketing and communications professional with experience in industry, education, healthcare, technology, and the media. In her consultancy, she advises small businesses on branding, marketing and promotion.
In the fall of 2024, Fox moved to the Cape from the Albany, NY, area, where she had been a volunteer at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital and an officer on the board of the New York Folklore Society. She also served on the boards of the American Marketing Association and the Gift Planning Group of Northeastern New York.
Ten days after moving to Wellfleet, she started volunteering for the Center for Coastal Studies and for special events in Provincetown, MA. She is an active fundraising and friend raising volunteer for her alma mater Wesleyan University.
Fox earned degrees in Anthropology and Biology (B.A., Wesleyan University, Middletown, CT), Biological Anthropology (M.A., University at Albany, Albany, NY), and Management (M.S., Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY). She and her husband Bill live in Wellfleet, MA, where they enjoy supporting the Wellfleet Historical Society & Museum with their marketing and carpentry experience.
